... bleibt die lockere Zahnspange jetzt im Bad. Zwei Nächte ohne Zahnspange in "Phase D" sind schon mal sehr angenehm und ein weiterer Schritt zurück zur Normalität.
Außer, dass es mir und meinen Zähnen gut geht, ich keine Veränderung bemerke und ich auch die "Terminruhe" genieße (ich muss ja erst wieder Mitte Januar zur nächsten Kontrolle), kann ich momentan nicht viel berichten.
Nächste Woche habe ich allerdings einen Termin bei meinem "normalen" Zahnarzt.
Und ich freue mich auf unzählige Plätzchen und Mandelprinten, auf die ich im letzten Jahr verzichtet habe :-) Ich hatte ja am 16.11.2015 den Einsatztermin der festen Zahnspange und durch die Druckschmerzen, die einige Wochen anhielten, hatte ich auf "festes" verzichtet. Dieses Jahr geht's wieder rund!
In diesem Sinne... allen eine schöne Adventszeit. Ich melde mich wieder kurz vor Weihnachten.
